Cable Instant was founded with a simple mission: Provide rock-solid internet and crisp cable TV, charge a fair and transparent price for it, and answer the phone when our customers call. Not an automated system. Not a chatbot. An actual person who knows what they're talking about and can fix your problem.
It sounds basic, because it is. But in an industry where the standard is to do the opposite of all that, basic feels revolutionary.
